The Renassaince feel of the Lolapps Ravenwood Fair game application is something of a "classical beauty." Yes, Cityville by Zynga on Facebook is very popular as well, but Ravenwood Fair has captured the hearts of a huge number of players including myself =) A free to play, massively multiplayer, browser based, gaming application. Ravenwood Fair is set in a forest of scary trees with critters and monsters hiding amongst the foliage. Chopping down these trees, crushing the rocks, and basically relieving the land of old growth to make way for your own burst of creativity! As your Fairgrounds come alive with games, buildings, wonders, and decorations, new visitors fly in to partake of the festivities =)

Friends and planning are the mainstays for many MMO browser based gaming apps and these rate high with Ravenwood Fair as well =)

Finding a place to play Ravenwood Fair is easy =) Facebook, of course, is the largest site to begin playing and adding friends. If you build it, they will come .... more "Fun" equals more visitors equals more quests =)

Any space not covered with a building, game, decoration, etc. will begin to grow back the Scary Trees that you had chopped down. You will need a section just for that or your avenue to get resources will dwindle too low. Leave a space open just for tress to grow back. (I made this mistake by cutting all my trees and then covering up the spaces with dirt paths or grass. Then, I ran out of of building resources LOL).

Your space is your own, build it as incredible as you wish =)

Once you complete a quest, if you do not want that decoration, game, or building to remain in your Fair due to space constraints or you just don't care for it, place it in your storage or sell it.

Buildings and Games only add to the "Fun" if they are stocked so keep them stocked will keep the visitors at your Fair.

Keep your protectors stocked to comfort your scared visitors. Visitors get scared from the monsters in the Scary Trees growing in your forest.

The monsters in the Fair like the Crittle Bear, Grock, Vulture, or Domovoi just need to be clicked on (just like cutting down a Scary Tree) to be killed. You may need to click them more than once.

The seasonal "limited" items at Ravenwood Fair are some of the best looking items in game =) The Apple Bob, Pilgrim House, Winter Candle Pine, Gad's Hill Place, Great Feast Table, Love Bench, and Santa's Workshop are just a few of the examples. Now, you will need the corresponding seasonal "gift" items to obtain these awesome buildings, games, decorations, and goodies. Gifts like Hearts, Muskets, Acorns, and Wedding Bouquets. Just send them on to your awesome Ravenwood Fair friends and they will send them back to you (most will=).

The fun factor at Ravenwood Fair is a clever system for leveling purposes. The height of your "fun" level dictates what levels you can obtain in game, for example you need a "Fun" factor of 609,000 to reach level 20. The "Fun" factor is also the guide to receive new visitors to your Fair which bring you new quests to preform. From the start of your adventure, you will be given new quests to perform like purchase a new game, or collect a certain amount of crystals (crystals can be found by breaking up the rocks or by friends sending them), or building a certain building. The quests keep you focused and introduce you to new items and even more fun =)

Critter Island (design and Build the island of your dreams, get lei'd, and attract tourists) and Band of Heroes (a WWII inspired RPG) are also Lolapps games that can be found on Facebook.
